Is a real estate development born from the roots of the trees, the colonial estates of the Yucatan peninsula, the various ex convents and prehispanic ruins in the area. The exuberant vegetation, courtyards and arcades are true oasis for the permanent and intermittent inhabitants, of Playa del Carmen. The project is comprised of two structures that are communicated by bridges and separated through a central courtyard. On one side, there is a complete residential building, and on the road side between Cancun and Tulum there are retail spaces on the ground floor with double height and three additional levels of residential units.

The apartment units are divided into nine types (approx. 30 m2, 60m2 and 90m2) that are equipped with kitchen, closet areas, bathrooms, bedrooms, terraces and air conditioning.
The larger apartments have two rooms, one of which has an independent access to the corridor, making it work like a lock-off room, allowing for the partial or total rent of the unit.
